Every listing on this site comes directly from us: no agency fee, no commission, no middleman.
You have one named contact with us – the same person from the first call through the viewing to the handover. Each room is recorded and checked by hand before it goes online. Once a room is taken it disappears from the site within 24 hours: nothing is more frustrating than enquiring about rooms that no longer exist.

The questions we get most often.
At minimum a bed, wardrobe, desk and lamp. Kitchen and bathroom are equipped; crockery and personal items you bring yourself. What stays in each room is stated in the listing.
Utilities such as heating, electricity and water as well as internet are included in the rent. There are no further monthly costs.
Rooms marked “available now” can usually be occupied within a few days of signing. For other rooms the date is shown in the listing.
The minimum rental period is one month. After that the contract is flexible and can be terminated at short notice.
Usually one to two months’ rent. The deposit is paid into a rental deposit account and returned after the handover.
Yes. Dietikon registers weekly residents, and we provide the documents you need for the municipality.
